We believe that every family deserves a warm and safe home during the colder months. You can help us make a difference by nominating a deserving family today.

Who Can Nominate?

Everyone in our community has the opportunity to make a positive impact through this giveaway. Whether you’re an employee, a customer, or a neighbor, you can nominate someone for a chance to receive a new heating system.

Employees can nominate customers
Customers can nominate a friend, family member, or neighbor
Non-customers can nominate friends, family, and neighbors

How Do I Nominate Someone?

Submitting a nomination is simple and only takes a few minutes.

To nominate a family:

Complete the form
Enter the nominee's name, address, phone number, and email address
Enter the details of the current heating system (if known)—gas furnace or gas boiler
Tell us why you’re nominating the person
Enter your name, address, phone number, and email address and receive a $50-off service coupon

Nomination Rules

We want to facilitate fairness and transparency throughout the process.

Please read through these nomination rules to understand how we verify eligibility:

Aspinwall Plumbing must go to the nominee’s address and verify the heating system
Aspinwall Plumbing will have the final say about whether the nominee qualifies for the sweepstakes

Sweepstakes Rules

These rules help ensure the replacement heating system meets local codes and matches the nominee’s existing setup.

Review the following giveaway guidelines:

To qualify for the sweepstakes, the nominee must have a gas heating system—either a broiler or a furnace
Existing system specifications must meet all local code requirements
Replacement system will match the existing system specifications—equipment size, efficiency, and electrical requirements
Replacement system has no cash value
Replacement system will not qualify for utility rebates
Replacement system shall include cost of gas/plumbing permits

Existing conditions that do not meet code are not included in our sweepstakes—this could include electrical work or other work related to our heating system upgrade
