This year, we had the privilege of donating a brand-new heating system for a local family facing tough times.

Winter in Massachusetts can be unforgiving, and for one Quincy family, the season was shaping up to be especially difficult. Their aging boiler had failed, leaving them without reliable heat just as temperatures were dropping. With young children in the home, they were struggling to find a way to afford the necessary repairs or a replacement. When we heard their story, we knew we had to step in.

Thanks to the generosity of our team and partners, we were able to provide this family with a boiler—completely free of charge, bringing warmth and comfort back into their home. Seeing the relief and gratitude on their faces reminded us why we do what we do.
