SPRING SERVICE INCLUDES:

  • Inspect refrigeration piping & condensate drain and pump

  • Inspect thermostat function & replace batteries
  • Rinse and clean coil or condenser/heat pump
  • Comb coil (if necessary)

  • Evaluate heat system performance
  • Check around system for carbon monoxide
  • Inspect thermostat function & replace batteries
  • Check exhaust and intake air pipes for clear airflow
  • Inspect heat exchanger and burner assembly
  • Replace air filter
  • Lubricate indoor fan blower wheel
  • Clean blower wheel assembly
  • Clean condensate traps and hose screens (in HE units)
  • Check all wiring and tighten as needed
  • Check & replace capacitors and contractors, as needed
